Residential Window Cleaning
Ladders are primarily used to access windows as a standard way to wash residential windows.
A water-fed system is utilized if we feel that certain windows pose a danger due to their location on the home, landscaping or mountainous terrain.
SPS does not believe in cutting corners and will do our best to safely access each window and clean them with a washer and squeegee. We will also wipe down screens and tracks and window sills as part of the service.
Commercial Window Cleaning
The quality of service and standards are the same for commercial customers as for our residential customers.

The proper equipment is always utilized to allow us to get right up to the windows and window edges and sills are always wiped clean after using a squeegee. The water-fed system will only be used when landscaping or building design does not allow for direct window access.
SPS has extensive experience working on large buildings requiring the use of a lift, and all lift operators are lift certified.
Gutter Cleaning
All of the debris from gutters will be hauled away. Once we have finished clearing the debris away, the gutters and downspouts will be flushed with water.

Cost is based on the number of linear feet, but we also have to take into account the kind of roof a building has. If the pitch is too steep to safely walk on or has the type of roofing material that does not allow us to walk on it, there may be additional fees.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer vents can become plugged with laundry lint over time, which leads to longer drying time for clothes. If dryer vents are neglected for a long enough period of time they can also become a fire hazard.
Screen Repair
SPS offers pick up and delivery services for any of your damaged screens in need of repair.

SPS has all of the necessary tools and components needed to take any damaged screens and replace the screen material if it has been torn or damaged. Bent or broken screen frames can also be repaired.

Multiple options of materials, including traditional, solar and pet screen mesh, as well as different colors and sizes of frames are available.
